As President of Pointe Dealer Services, I serve as a trusted Automotive Capital Advisor to dealership and collision center owners nationwide. My focus is on helping clients unlock, preserve, and maximize value.

With more than 40 years in the automotive industry, including my experience as a dealership COO, I understand the complexities of transition and guide owners through high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence.

My advisory work centers on three areas: strategic M&A guidance, tailored succession planning, and real estate advisory services, including sale-leasebacks and disposition strategies. I work closely with each client’s CPA, attorney, and estate team to ensure a coordinated process in which nothing is overlooked, and every opportunity to maximize value is captured.

Heather Loveless serves as Vice President of Pointe Dealer Services, bringing more than a decade of experience in transaction support, client strategy, and operational leadership. She blends analytical expertise with a relationship-driven approach to support dealership owners and automotive operators through M&A, valuation, and real estate advisory services.

With a national network of investors and industry partners, Heather helps clients navigate growth, succession, and sale processes with clarity and confidence. A Liberty University graduate with a background in Psychology and EOS-based business operations.
